Segmentation Rendering with different resolution to source data

Here we demonstrate that the segmentation resolution need not be the same as the source data.

Both viewports contain the same source data, yet they display different segmentations.
The segmentation on the left viewport is the same resolution as the source data,
yet the segmentation on the right viewport is downsampled by a factor of 8
